This is the first animated feature based on a book by Dr. Seuss, and is from the creators of Ice Age. Jim Carrey (as the elephant Horton) and Steve Carell (as the microscopic fellow only Horton can hear) lend their voices to what is expected to be a fun, for-the-family animation.
Release date is March of 2008.

There Will Be Blood is a drama about family, greed, religion, and oil. The plot of the movie is centered around a turn-of-the-century Texas prospector played by Daniel Day-Lewis in the early days of the business. His look in this movie reminds me of his character in Gangs of New York.
Certainly a great movie to check out. Nominated for 2 Golden Globes, another 13 wins & 14 nominations and movie insiders say Daniel Day-Lewis could get an award for this one.
